ActYouth EU: From Theory to Action Field Work

The ActYouth EU: From Theory to Action is a project funded under the ERASMUS+ Programme Key Action 2 and it aims to develop and improve the entrepreneurial skills of young graduates. The main objective of the ActYouth EU is to foster the employability and innovative potential of young people/students & graduates by upgrading and developing their competencies for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial attitudes and other transversal competencies necessary for successful entry to the labour market.

A competency profile is developed to identify competencies of students and graduates who are in the process of entering the labour market.

The next step is to develop and operate an ICT tool (a simulation game) which will measure competencies for entrepreneurship, suggest a training plan for young people who wish to become entrepreneurs and match their skills with suitable job placement on the basis of competencies required by employers.

The project is currently in the Field Research phase in which questionnaires are developed and formulated to be administered to individuals who are interested to participate in this process. The participants who will answer the questionnaire will be notified and invited at a later stage, to participate, free of charge, in the pilot phase of the project where they will utilize the ICT tool (simulation game) produced by the project. Moreover, participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Students and graduates who wish to participate in the Field Work can contact the corresponding partners in their country.
